Return and Refund Policy
At Maple Wood Outlet, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your hoodie, we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.
Returns
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- With all tags still attached
- Returned in the original packaging
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and confirm the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. For a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If that happens, contact us and we’ll make it right.
