After processing, delivery usually takes between 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Customers in remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your package. While we make every effort to deliver on time, Maple Wood Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or postal disruptions.

All purchases are made under a shipment contract. This means that risk of loss and title pass to you once your order has been handed over to the carrier. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order. This system ensures faster processing and greater inventory accuracy.
